This cart has smooth 12 gauge steel shelves with a 2-inch upward lip on the bottom shelf Rugged 1 3/8 diameter handle extends 9 1/2" above the top shelf. Two swivel and two rigid casters are bolted to caster plates. The 8" full pneumatic wheels have ball bearings. Rubber shelf mat helps cushion delicate instrument and tools.
